Since we launched as a company in 2009, we have been committed to building not just structures but legacies, transforming blueprints into living, breathing spaces that stand as testaments to our unwavering dedication to excellence.
2009 – Humble Beginnings
S.A.S was founded in 2009 by Saleem Griffiths, who is currently director of the company. Saleem has worked in the Roofing and Construction industry for over 30 years and has used his established skill set and business acumen to successfully run S.A.S for over a decade.
2019 – Embracing a New Chapter
S.A.S decides to become a Limited Company.

2021 – Things are Changing
We opened the S.A.S Joinery and Workshop, located at the back of our office, in order to create our own bespoke woodwork for our jobs and customers. Our business registered to Check-a-Trade, so you can be certain we are a reputable company.
2023 – Continuing our Mission
S.A.S Construction continues to adapt, grow and provide opportunities for fellow construction workers.
In addition to this, the team here at S.A.S is constantly working to provide exceptionally high standards of work for our clients as we redesign their homes!
